What is the Solo System?
The Solo System includes the Dome plus the Solo Pad, which gives you a comfortable thick pad to lay on and increases the infrared with 9 total SoloCarbon far infrared heaters.
What is the difference between the Solo® Portable Sauna and an Infrared Sauna Blanket?
The Solo® gives you the best of both worlds: exceptional convenience and maximum effectiveness, all while recreating the feeling of lying on a beach wherever you can find a spot to plug it in. The Solo® replicates sunshine, it doesn’t touch your skin to warm it, it sends far infrared into your body which absorbs the light energy so you feel amazing.

What is the Coconut controller?
The Coconut is what you use to change the warmth levels of the upper and lower Domes, as well as set your session length. We affectionately call this Solo® Dome heater controller the "Coconut" because of the tropical beach-inspired vibe created in the Solo experience. When you close your eyes while lying in the Solo®, it really does feel like you're lying on the beach enjoying the warmth of the sunshine. You can almost hear the ocean waves and hear the rustle of palm trees...
How do I switch between hours and minutes on the Solo Pad® controller
Press the Hr/Min button to switch this setting. When in the minutes setting, there will be a blinking light in bottom right corner of timer window. The hour setting is only available when the intensity is set to 6 or above.
